Production Supervisor

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA  
Salary: $31.00 - $36.00/hr (DOE)  
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire  

A growing medical device manufacturer known for innovation, technology, and exceptional customer service is seeking a Production Supervisor in Thousand Oaks, CA. Join a team where your work will directly improve the quality of life for patients.  

Responsibilities:  

• Oversee daily production operations and supervise Electronics Technicians, Quality Inspectors, CNC Machinists/Operators, and Shipping/Receiving staff.  
• Monitor production activities to meet schedules, targets, and resource utilization.  
• Ensure team training, coordinate with HR on hiring/evaluations, and maintain safety protocols.  
• Inspect products, enforce quality standards, and implement quality control measures.  
• Manage machinery upkeep, minimize downtime, and address safety concerns.  
• Optimize production efficiency, identify improvements, and suggest cost-saving measures.  
• Maintain production records, prepare reports (KPIs), and assist with inventory management and planning.  
• Perform other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications:  

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or business management.  
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.  

Skills:  

• Technical knowledge of machinery, tools, and production processes. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality control standards.  
• Proficiency in production software for scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.  
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work as a team.
