Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor Job Description Oversee the production process for assigned shift. Supervise and coordinate daily activities. Monitor production lines, coordinate with technicians and maintenance as needed. Organize and schedule resources following a priority list. Monitor the quality and accuracy of products produced. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety regulations, both personally and by overseeing adherence among team members. Provide timely coaching and corrective feedback. Conduct annual performance reviews for team members in a timely manner. Facilitate team development, employee skill enhancement, and problem-solving initiatives.
