Production Supervisor

**3rd Shift**

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise employees both manufacturing and non-manufacturing
• Monitor all production equipment for maximum performance
• Maintain inventory (labor, scrap, and finished parts)
• Train, plan, and assign duties to all employees on assigned shift
• Responsible for all personnel safety, conduct and discipline
• Monitor and and all production equipment for best manufacturing practices
• Monitor and conduct all on the job trainings
• Other duties as assigned
