The Production Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of their designated departments. This role encompasses responsibilities such as managing ongoing improvement initiatives, leading research and development for new products, overseeing Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedures, facilitating new employee development, ensuring team accountability, conducting performance evaluations, maintaining meticulous audit records in compliance with batch order requirements, upholding policies and procedures, documenting accidents, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing labor hours for associates. The department comprises a diverse, non-union workforce, operating around the clock. The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the production processes, ensuring the proper maintenance and efficiency of machines, and fostering a motivated and productive workforce.

• 2-year associate degree or 3–5 years in manufacturing
