• Monitor production progress, identify and solve bottlenecks, and implement solutions quickly and collaboratively.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and standards without compromise.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED/High School Equivalency required
• Five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with lean manufacturing including daily management systems such as SQDC or Gemba,
• standardized work, and root cause/corrective action tools are highly preferred
• Experience working in the fabrication of the trailer/trucking industry is highly preferred
• Experience having a dynamic role in a mid-sized company is highly preferred

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
