Job Functions:

• Providing timely responses when notified of machine issues.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Recognizing when new tools are required and ensuring replacement of old tools occurs.
• Clear communications regarding orders, set-up changes, roles and responsibilities.
• Clear communication regarding challenges and absences.
• Acting as an interpreter in the event of a language barrier issue.
• Shift - 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Requirements:

Must have:

• Five years’ experience supervising a line/being a lead, or 2-3 years’ experience as a plant supervisor.
• Some computer programming and maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED
