Job Description
Supervise and lead
a team of test technicians; provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
Oversee production testing
of military-grade and industrial power products, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
Develop and implement test procedures
to improve efficiency, repeatability, and documentation quality.
Diagnose and troubleshoot
electrical and electronic issues in coordination with engineering teams.
Ensure compliance
with military specifications (e.g., MIL-STD), safety protocols, and internal quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to optimize workflows and throughput.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment
to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant
Experience:
5+ years in a manufacturing or production test environment, ideally involving military or industrial-grade power supply systems.
Leadership:
Proven success in supervising and motivating technical teams in a production setting.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of power electronics, electrical testing, and diagnostic tools.
Standards Knowledge:
Familiarity with military and industrial specifications (e.g., MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461).
Problem Solving:
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a strong plus.
Citizenship:
U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR/export compliance.
