Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Professional Welder to perform welding tasks on various metal structures and components. As a Welder in our manufacturing engineering firm, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded assemblies and components used in our engineered products. You will be a key part of our manufacturing team, working in a safe and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using a variety of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Work with various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, to fabricate components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools to ensure precise welds and strong joints.
• Inspect and evaluate welds for quality, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with the setup and preparation of materials and tools for each job.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and care for welding machines and tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional welder (examples appreciated but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational training or certifications in welding is a plus).
• Extensive knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) but not required.
