Program Director

What will you be doing: The purpose of this job is to develop and execute successful strategic account management and sales processes that result in the sale of Premier Applied Sciences Solutions and development of relationships with life science companies. The Program Director will formulate and execute strategies to expand current relationships and selling opportunities in existing customer base and create new relationships with life science companies. The Program Director will need to develop and foster new relationships at the C-suite level to understand the prospect’s issues that they are trying to fix, solve or avoid and offer the appropriate Premier Applied Sciences solutions. The Program Director will need to develop strong and fluid working relationships with the Premier Applied Sciences research and operations team as the Program Director may at times be relied upon for retention efforts and existing account growth opportunities. Make executive level sales calls to customers and prospects to position Premier as a Strategic Partner to target accounts Identify business needs of prospective customers and present, close and sell added program-specific solutions (products and services) that will result in the customer’s business improvement. Cross sell program-specific, bundled solutions in the executive suite by merging customer strategic objectives with Premier solutions Establish credible image through business knowledge in presenting and selling appropriate program-specific business solutions for customers Educate customers on the benefits and business results of program-specific products and services Implement strategies that will expand existing accounts Clarify, confirm, and resolve customer issues as required to increase new business for new and existing client base (customer advocate) Work closely with and leverage client management, and other sales and operations resources, to strengthen customer relations leading to the identification and closure of additional program-specific sales opportunities Preferred Qualifications Relevant Experience to include: Experience in the medical device industry Education: Master’s Degree Travel Required: Extensive travel required, average 4 days/week in West region to include: WA, OR, ID, NV, CA #LI-KB1 #Remote Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $99,000 - $185,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
