For our office in Riyadh, we are looking for

Program Director – Infrastructure Projects - 100% (m/f) 

The Program Director will oversee a portfolio of regional infrastructure projects, focusing on large-scale initiatives. The role involves ensuring project delivery, managing financial and contractual aspects, leading teams, and driving strategic implementation. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director and the Head of KSA, the Program Director will work closely with the Regional Technical and Sales Directors to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region.

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Delivery:

• Initiate project start-up activities, including mobilizing project teams and managers.
• Monitor project delivery to ensure technical quality, budget control, and on-time completion.

Financial & Contract Management:

• Oversee project budgets and implement financial controls to optimize resource allocation.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage contractor and supplier performance to ensure value for money and alignment with program objectives.
• Prepare and present financial and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders. 

Team Leadership & Development:

• Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and support staff to enhance team capabilities.
• Develop a culture of accountability, safety, and quality across all projects.

Strategic Implementation:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and contribute to implementing winning strategies.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's degree is preferred).
• 15 years of experience in infrastructure/large scale projects, including xperience in program or project management.
• Experience in the GCC region or similar environments
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects or infrastructure programs.
