Position: Program Director
Location: Castle Rock, CO
Work Environment: Adolescent Residential Treatment Center
Compensation: $100,000-130,000 Annual Salary + Full Time Benefits

Position Overview:
- The Program Director of Behavioral Health provides leadership, direction, and operational oversight to ensure exceptional care for clients at our adolescent residential treatment facility in Castle Rock
- Leads the development, design, and implementation of the program model and curriculum
- Provides supervision to counseling and therapy staff in a manner that ensures assessments, treatment plans, progress reporting, and transition planning is conducted according to clinical and accreditation standards
- Ensures that all personnel maintain all appropriate licensures/certifications to provide inpatient mental health services through federal and state requirements
- Keeps track of standards and regulations to help ensure the organization complies with federal, state, and local laws and is up to date on accreditation policy and procedures.
- Manages budgeting functions to ensure that clinical operations are financially sound.
- Leads communications and consults with leaders and teams across the campus to identify, diagnose, and problem solve operations to ensure excellence in quality care. Help to co-create team processes for optimizing results.

- Clinical Leadership and Supervision: The ability to lead and supervise clinical staff effectively, ensuring adherence to treatment standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines.
- Program Development and Implementation: Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing treatment programs and curricula that align with evidence-based practices and the specific needs of adult clients.
- Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: A deep understanding of regulatory standards and the ability to ensure that the program complies with all relevant guidelines and requirements.
- Communication and Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to foster a supportive environment, maintain consistent communication with staff, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of therapists and healthcare professionals.
- Recruitment and Staff Development: Competence in recruiting, hiring, and developing clinical staff, ensuring that team members meet professional standards and are continuously supported in their roles for optimal client care.
Training & Experience:
- Licensed Practitioner in the state of Colorado (or outside state with the ability to transfer) is required (LPC,LCSW, or LMFT)
- All staff must be CPR Certified prior to beginning employment
- Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, and/or partial hospitalization ("PHP") setting
- Minimum of 3+ years of clinical supervisory experience.
- Candidates must have an understanding and experience with regulatory agency compliance (such as State regulations and the Join Commission) as well program development
