Role: Programme Manager
We are currently recruiting a Programme Manager to join one of the UK's most reputable professional bodies. You will join the Transformation team to play a key role in delivering a new CRM upgrade & to support the integration of a ERP system.
Your responsibilities
- Programme Manage the delivery of the CRM upgrade and technical integration of a new ERP, using Agile methodologies
- Work closely with the business and internal development, test teams to deliver
- Develop, set up and organise the programme of work to deliver the required changes
- Produce, monitor and update programme and implementation plans.
- Support the planning, directing, co-ordination and delivery of the programme
- Proactively identify risks, issue, dependencies and assumptions and work to communicate, manage, escalate and mitigate
- Use suitable techniques to manage any changes in project scope, timelines and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Be ‘hands on’ and to persuade Key Stakeholders to align with change
Requirements:
- Experience delivering a variety of end to end technology projects, in house
- Experience delivering technology projects using Agile methodologies
- Experience of AGILE, Scrum, DevOps methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid best practise project management and delivery expertise
Salary: £65,000 -£75,000 + Benefits
Location: Cardiff or London. With Hybrid working policy.
