Overview:



As a Project/Program Manager, you will lead and manage complex space projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring technical, financial, and scheduling objectives are met. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and maintain customer satisfaction while contributing to the development of new business opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:



* Oversee all project phases, ensuring compliance with standards and objectives.



* Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.



* Coordinate technical, production, and quality teams to mitigate risks and ensure delivery.



* Lead proposal development and support contract negotiations.



* Manage multiple projects, driving team focus in a dynamic environment.



Required Skills:



* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.



* 8+ years of experience in technical project management within the space or satcoms industry



* Excellent communication skills and experience with project lifecycle management.



* Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.



* Ability to travel as required.



* Experience with space hardware/software, formal configuration control, and capture management.



* Familiarity with space industry standards (e.g., ECSS).
