Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA
Job Type: W2 Contract (3 Months)
Pay Rate: $56 – 62 / hour, DOE

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to support IT print services in corporate offices. This role will involve overseeing hardware supplies, vendor communications, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operations. You will be the central point of contact for multiple teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate IT print services, including hardware supplies and vendor communication.
  • Collaborate with 5-6 different teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and senior leadership, providing project updates and insights.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite, Excel (advanced proficiency), QuickSight, and Asana (or similar project management tools) for data tracking and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-5 years of program management experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong leadership skills aligned with principles such as Bias for Action, Delivering Results, Customer Obsession, and Ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, QuickSight, and Asana (or similar project management tools).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in IT services, print services, or related fields is a plus.
