Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Advertising Technology team. In this position, you will play an essential role in driving the successful execution of a technical program encompassing multiple IT implementation projects. You will be the driving force behind coordinating the delivery of multiple interrelated project workstreams, including planning, executing, and reporting to senior level stakeholders on the program, ensuring that it is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position is a remote (in the U.S.) position and will be a W-2 hourly 9 month contract with possible extension.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall plan for an Advertising Technology transformation program and associated workstreams.
- Ownership of executive level communications and stakeholder management.
- Provide strategic and tactical program guidance to ensure program health and efficiency.
- Partner with the customer’s PM team to optimize resources and advise on program-level risk mitigation and issue resolution.
- Hold team and vendors accountable for delivery and status updates.
- Manage vendor and team accountability, ensuring cross-team RACI is enforced.
- Support client PM team, ensuring streamlined communication across team and vendors.
- Collaborate with workstream leads and meet regularly to review status updates and create status reports, as well as to identify risks, and escalate decisions.

- Maintain and update the program-level RAID log.
- Provide program-level risk and issue mitigation strategies.
- Perform post-mortems on identified risks and gaps.
- Create and maintain ongoing program-level deliverables including weekly executive status report, and program roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate must have 7 to 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and 5 years managing programs or large projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification is .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders with a wide range of personalities.
- Demonstrates an understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage shifting priorities, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have a results-oriented mindset and have strong organizational skills.
