YOU’LL BE OUR: Program Manager

YOU’LL BE BASED AT:IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ATHER:

• Work closely with all teams to identify risks on a day-to-day basis, look for mitigations, unblock technical teams

• Resolve complex issues between teams through facilitation skills

• Report any impediments/red flags to the Program Management Office and respective functional heads. Raise escalations, handle them, and subsequently plan for solutions while adhering with strict deadlines

• Liaise with different Engineering functions in assessing, tracking, and reporting status of  programs

• Drive project progress and ensure business results

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical/technology problems

• Experience managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good collaboration skills

• A proactive approach to tasks and projects

• Knowledge of the general automotive product development lifecycle(s)

• Multi-tasking skills

• Experience working with project management tools

• Strong project management skills

• Attention to detail

• Scrum/Agile skills would be a plus

• Demonstrated flexibility and initiative in achieving desired outcomes

• Good understanding of IT systems such as JIRA, PLM, Automation

YOU BRING TO ATHER:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in Program Management.

• MBA and PMP/PGMP desired
