Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable at this timeJob Responsibilities: Lead and direct all core team activities, establishing priorities when conflicts arise Escalate concerns to management in a timely fashion for resolution support Manage the product program proactively to ensure timing and objectives are met for all customer milestones Identify and communicate impediments to the successful completion of program milestones Interface with required functional disciplines and departments for program support Ensure completion of all deliverables and conduct all phase and gate reviews Create master program timing that satisfies customer and internal requirements for product deliverables, cost performance, and timing Facilitate interaction between the company, our customer, and plant Coordinates and maintains communications with our design and operations staff and our customers for all program activities Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and system Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system Initiate, recommend and provide solutions through designated channels Verify the implementation of change and follow processes for documenting changes Manages and executes the program based on the product development process to meet defined metrics. Drives accountability and action within the program team. Leads cross-functional program team. Drives consistency positive dynamics and interactions within the program team. Organizes and facilitates team meetings at the necessary frequency through customer PDT, Internal PDT and supplier reviews. Bases communication in a fundamental understanding of Mobis and customer norms, values and expectations. Achieves results through influence leadership. Provides appropriate constructive feedback where necessary to help team members to be more effective. Approaches program execution and challenges with a professional, positive attitude. Deals with conflict swiftly, constructively, and decisively, inside and outside of Mobis regardless of levels in the organization. Deals with conflict in an unbiased and arbitrating manner. Seeks compromise, but does not lose sight of the Program objectives. Works with key drivers of the program financials to ensure the program meets its intended targets for business case. Escalates and drives issues appropriately (both internally and externally) to secure the necessary support to resolution. Respectfully challenges for key information, rationales, root causes, evidence, desired outcomes and next steps. Documents and articulates all aspects of the program in thorough, accurate and timely fashion. Represents Mobis credibility and confidently in front of all levels of the customer organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science required 5+ years of project management, program management, or other related experience Ability to work in a team as well as an organized and independent way of thinking Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills Prior experience with automotive products, electronics, ADAS, in-vehicle-infotainment, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Ability to interface and effectively communicate with customers and core team at all levels Proficiency in structured problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Engineering knowledge – Apply product and process knowledge including design, specifications, applications and system integration. Proven ability to overcome obstacles and get results Ability to travel up to 25% within North America, Mexico, Asia Prior GM experience is a plus PMP certification is a plus
