Program Manager
Ultimate Sustainability, “US”, an innovate program providing supports for adults with Autism and related conditions, is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Program Manager to add to our Team of dedicated professionals. The Program Manager will provide support and guidance for the US Team and strengthen our Participants’ experiences. The Program Manager will provide best practices, leadership, support, and training in areas that are critical to the overall success of the organization. If you have a passion for developing and leading an innovative program and for creating strong and inspired team members, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Program Manager are:
· Manage the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in their daily operations
· Manage the overall operations of US locations and programs
· Provide guidance to the DSPs and other staff regarding best practices in health care delivery
· Interface with community members, government agencies, guardians and others involved in the participant’s US program
· Provide strategy development in the issues facing the autism community including understanding the internal landscape and stakeholder perspectives
· Assist with program development, policy adherence, learning development and program communications
· Balance between independence in driving projects and assigned tasks, and collaborating with key partners and team members
· Plan and facilitate large group conversations and training
· Competently complete all necessary documents and organizational materials
· Promote and embrace the US standard of excellence in all areas of contact
· Miscellaneous job duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of program management experience
· Self-starter that delivers results in a structured yet innovative environment
· Demonstrated ability to be highly proactive and detail-oriented
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team to create exceptional value
· Strong problem-solving and project management skills
· 18 years or older
· Valid Drivers license and vehicle registration and insurance
Background clearance
Qualifications:
College degree in related field to health care, autism or services
· Knowledge of autism and autism and related conditions and related therapeutic techniques
· Knowledge of adult services
· Knowledge of health care services delivery
