Job Summary: Join Far West Federal as a Program Manager specializing in IT Human Capital Management, providing comprehensive support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Your role will involve workforce planning, performance management, and ensuring compliance with military personnel regulations.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic management of personnel.
- Support and oversee workforce planning and human capital development initiatives.
- Facilitate compliance with manpower regulations and guidelines.
- Develop, analyze, and report performance metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in manpower, performance management, workforce planning, and human capital management areas.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required. Advanced degree .
- Comprehensive understanding of Army, Navy, and Air Force military manpower programs and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with DoD and DHA highly desired.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
