Exciting role for academics with 10+ years’ work experience and strong stakeholder management skills, who are passionate about high tech (service) supply chains.Job MissionAs part of the Integral Field Product Planning management team, you are responsible to develop and deliver the improvement roadmap that prepares ASML’s planning fundament for the future.The Integral Field Product Planning department is part of the Planning & Delivery sector, and responsible for:· Driving planning decisions in the ASML customer supply chain· Integrating the complete customer demand in the ASML plan cycle· Achieving performance targets by state-of-art forecasting, planning and inventory management· Improving the customer supply chain through standardization and automationRole and responsibilitiesSupporting this mission, your main activities as program manager are:· Develop and maintain the improvement roadmap· Identify & initiate projects by securing and managing the required support (budget / resources / timing)· Lead and coach a team of (senior) project managers to deliver results through projects· Mobilize and lead cross-sector teams, including conflict resolution between sectors· Manage the triple constraints of the program and manage dependencies in the portfolio· Deploy change projects world-wide by connecting with global customer teams· Engage with senior management regarding progress and bottleneckEducation and experienceRelevant Master degree or equivalent level of thinking in the field of supply chain management and/or program management, e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business studies, Supply Chain Management (MBA is a pre)Project, Program and Portfolio management experience (10+ years) in large international companies (industry or consultancy)Experience in Planning, Supply Chain and/or Operations, where experience in service supply chains is beneficialDeep understanding of supply chain and planning conceptsTrack record of delivering improvement programs through IT solutions and change in business processSkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that.
