JOB TITLE: Program Planner
LOCATION: King of Prussia, PA
PAY RATE: $60/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

  • Support the Program Planning organization within the Reentry Organization by managing program execution planning activities.

  • Ensure the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligns with industry standards for program performance management compliance

  • Update the Integrated Management Plan (IMP) and create future fiscal year IMSs.

  • Ensure compliance with EIA-748 scheduling guidelines.

  • Coordinate with cost teams, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and technical teams to maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy.

  • Perform monthly schedule updates and provide data analysis to management.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program planning.

  • Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Open Plan) including resource loading and audits.

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) programs.

  • Experience in developing IMP/IMS.

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

  • MUST BE US PERSONS

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan Professional, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro.

  • Knowledge of Data-Driven Metric compliance.

  • Understanding of integrated cost/schedule techniques.

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Active Secret Security Clearance .
