Programme Manager – Payments, End to End Delivery, Change Management, Business Change, Technology, Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Financial Services - Northampton - Permanent - £75,000 - £90,000 base + bonus + benefits

My client, a leading Financial Services organisation have a key permanent requirement for a Programme Manager to join a critical payments programme of work in their Northampton based office.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background / understanding coupled with strong, broad end to end Project Management experience. This role will be supporting a number of high profile growth projects and programmes of change in the commercial and corporate payments as part of the commercial issuing space. There will be software changes and implementations, leveraging API’s and current solutions but you will need to be able to think more broadly than just technology, assessing how changes will impact the business and touch points across clients and internally, including working across operations and legal to ensure delivery of the programme.

The be successful in this role you will need;

• Proven Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager experience, preferably within a large-scale organisation
• Payment’s experience is highly beneficial
• End to End Programme Management with change delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Proven experience managing multiple project work streams
• Strong experience managing and implementing change projects
• Software delivery experience
• Strong experience of writing and translating both business and functional specifications
• Extensive stakeholder management skills
