Project Analyst

The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a Real Estate Investment Firm to hire a Project Analyst in the Holly Springs area. The ideal candidate will have experience developing monthly forecasting and annual budgeting reports. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 years of financial modeling experience who wants career progression in the Real Estate space. Responsibilities: Develop monthly forecasting reports Assist with the annual budgeting process Tracks KPIs monthly Conduct market research and provide the team with status updates Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analyses Disseminate forecast books and investor reports Review processes and make recommendations for improvements when necessary Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field of study 1 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis within Real Estate (residential, commercial, retail, industrial, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of Hyperion and Essbase This onsite opportunity in the Holly Springs area offers a base salary of between $65-$80k (DOE).
