Exciting Opportunity: Multifamily Project Architect

Location: Philadelphia, PA

CORY is hiring a Multifamily Project Architect to manage the daily operations of multiple projects and staff and ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading residential architectural design firm specializing in planning, landscape architecture, estimating, and cost consulting services. They also offer design services for light commercial, institutional, retirement, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and/or leadership team to define project scope.

• Initiates design development and produces contract documents, maintaining project records, code documentation, project history, correspondence, estimates, and budgets.

• Mentor and manage project staff to adhere to established schedules and budgets.

• Proactively address potential issues and foster strong working relationships by maintaining open communication with clients.

• Take part in zoning and public hearings, billing, and construction walk-throughs.

• Develops new client relationships and fosters relationships within the community to expand the firm's clientele and brand presence.

• Coordinates projects and collaborates with external consultants hired by clients or offices, including engineers and interior designers.

• Prepare staffing requirements, schedules, budgets, and projections with the Project Manager.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• 3+ years of experience in assisting with all phases of a project

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture + AIA state registration and/or state registration. Ability to obtain NCARB required.

• AutoCAD, Excel, Microsoft Word, Bluebeam, PowerPoint, and Adobe
