We're hiring for multiple positions for Architects / Design Project Managers who thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy driving projects from concept to construction.

What Youll Do

• Design & Documentation Develop architectural concepts, technical drawings, and construction documents while ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Project Management Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth coordination from design through construction.
• Collaboration Work closely with engineers, project managers, and builders to create seamless, constructible designs. Youll also manage client communications and contribute to project visioning.
• Project Involvement Conduct site visits, provide construction support, and help drive projects forward with innovative problem-solving.
• Design-Build Integration Be part of a team that doesnt just design planswe build them, too. This unique approach means your designs will have a direct and lasting impact on the built environment.

What You Bring

• Mid to senior level experience in architectural design, detailing, and project management.
• BA or BS degree in Architecture.
• Licensure highly desired but not required.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (4+ years ).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and construction processes.
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting (or driving) in a normal seated position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
• Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
• Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), i.e.: using a keyboard.
• Ability to see within normal parameters.
• Ability to hear within a normal range.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally in person, email and via phone.
