My client a leading Luxury residential studio that creative positive and ethical interior visions for high end residential properties in and around London.\n\nYou will get involved in UK and international projects from concept through to completion across all stages and be confident in working on multiple projects concurrently witn the ability to understand and work to prescribed or suggested project budgets and create full tender and construction drawing packages • You will oversee contractor tenders, contractor selection, contract administration, project valuation and quality control on site and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants throughout the design and construction phases.\n\nYou will create interior architecture drawing packages of Plans, Elevations, Sections, Small Power, Lighting, RCP’s, Floor and Walls finishes and to include drawings of features, bespoke installations, and all other internal elements like staircases, ceiling coffers, wall panelling and alike for construction
