Project Architect Lead

We’re seeking a Project Architect Lead to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will spearhead design initiatives, manage project teams, and collaborate with clients to bring visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion
• Oversee project teams and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
• Ensure design quality and adherence to industry standards and regulations
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of architectural experience, with a focus on project leadership
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office)
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
• Healthcare experience , though not required.
