Description
Polytech is currently seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager to join our San Francisco practice. Our ideal team member is a California-Licensed Architect that will bring a strong background in the production and management of projects produced with Autodesk Revit with experience focusing on healthcare projects under the jurisdiction of HCAI. Extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional services is required, including process, client, regulatory, and contract requirements.
Roles

Lead, manage, and direct project activities with the project team, clients, contractors, consultants and all authorities having jurisdiction, through all phases of a project.

Produce and manage contract documents with Autodesk Revit software under the direction of a Principal.

Coordinate technical drawings and proactively solve issues between client requirements including budgetary constraints, site conditions, regulatory requirements, and other disciplines including consultants.

Support design and documentation on projects

Contribute to project meetings and producing meeting minutes.

Participate in collaborative team-based project environments

Proactively participate in efforts including client relationship management, proposals and interviews as directed
Skills and Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in the A/E industry

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit software and related workflows

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering

Professionally Licensed in the State of California

Prior experience working in all phases of Healthcare projects under HCAI jurisdiction

Prior experience working on Commercial projects a plus

Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build positive relationships

Capable of participating in multiple projects with competing deadlines
