Project Civil Engineer

Position PurposeTo manage the civil and interior work of the company’s various offices and other facilities. To ensure that the premises are kept in good running condition. Travelling to different locations and supervising the projects.Strategic Responsibilities.Operational Responsibilities Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labour to determine a project’s economic feasibility, cost monitoring & controllingProvides input to project schedule and plans, then monitors progress against the plans Direct supervision of civil construction - RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring, doors/windowsDirect supervision of civil construction - RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring, doors/windowsAble to execute Site Supervision, Site Progress & all measurement verification work independentlyCoordination with architect, consultants, designer & contractors for civil, structure, interior & exterior workTo ensure timely & cost effectively implementation of civil & structural related capex/projectsHave ample experience to control sub-contractors and labour contractorAny other activities that may be assigned from time to timeFinancial Responsibilities Contribute to budget proposalsContribute to budgetary controls within the area of responsibilityPeople Responsibilities Business relationship with the other teamsEnsure smooth working of the department to maintain high morale of the workforceContinuously improve processes to ensure quality and efficiencyEducation QualificationB.E.
