Job Title: Project Control and Planning Manager - FEED SURF

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Control and Planning Manager to oversee and manage project control functions for our FEED SURF project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost control, planning, and scheduling for complex upstream and downstream oil and gas projects, ensuring successful project execution within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project control and planning activities for the FEED SURF project.
• Manage cost control and reporting services for global projects.
• Oversee planning and scheduling services to ensure timely project execution.
• Implement and manage project control systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project control teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 20+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• 15+ years of experience in FEED and EPC phases of upstream and/or downstream oil and gas projects, such as refinery, LNG, FPSO, and SURF.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls or project planning.
• Held at least two (2) positions as Lead/Senior Project Controls or Lead/Senior Planning on upstream or downstream oil and gas projects.
• Extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in project controls functions in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Proven record in providing cost control and reporting services, and planning and scheduling services for complex global projects.
