Project Controls Director

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Control Director to join our team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC aims to elevate the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia and contribute to the country's Vision 2030 initiative. As the Project Control Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the project control activities for large-scale construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement project control plans, policies, and procedures for large-scale construction projects. Manage and maintain project schedules, cost plans, and estimates, ensuring their integration across multiple projects. Oversee project risk management activities, including identifying key risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk registers. Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project control practices are adhered to. Prepare and review project status reports, forecasts, and financial analyses to track project performance. Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and other delivery partners. Mentor and train project control staff, ensuring compliance with company standards. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control within the construction or engineering industry. Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex infrastructure projects. Proficiency in project control software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
