The successful candidate must have extensive experience in project controls for small, medium and large EPC projects with focus on the highest level of quality, cost effectiveness, and completion on time and on budget. ResponsibilitiesThe Project Controls Manager manages and oversees project controls for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. Establishes controls and operating policies that identify, monitor and mitigate risk factors that could impact the success of a project. Responsible for project control processes and provides guidance to project managers and other stakeholders. Ensures project control reporting documents are produced and clearly reflect the schedule, timeline success, latest costs, updated budget, forecast, pending changes, contractor performance and other risk factors.Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field is preferred but consideration will be given to other degrees based on actual project experience.Travel RequirementsWilling and able to travel as necessary for project or role related requirements to include but not be limited to: client meetings, company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, or conventions, project activities, etc.Barry-Wehmiller is an equal opportunity employer.
