Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. Responsibilities:Lead the project controls function for the assigned construction projects including cost, budget, quantity control, schedule management and reportingPartner with project management and the construction team to create a culture of discipline and accountability throughout the construction project durationEnforce consistent project level controls over budgets, schedule, quantities, commitments, liquidity and reportingResponsible for the early reporting of project cost/schedule/scope challenges and provide solutions to mitigate any identified risksResponsible for the preparation and ongoing management of a project budgeting tool that reacts and adjusts to changes in project scope, cost and scheduleResponsible for leading a forecast process that captures current spend and schedule expectations by area and task during all phases of the project. The forecast will be presented to senior management and include a comparison to the previous forecast and clear explanations for variancesRequirements:Advanced knowledge of cost engineering concepts and scheduling skillsUnderstanding of Earned Value and quantity-based progressingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgement in anticipating and solving unprecedented complexitiesWorking knowledge with the following software applications: Primavera P6, EcoSys, Trimble Estimate platforms, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Suite Thank you!If this role is of interest, please apply now. #LI-GB1
