Project Controls Manager
A leading company is seeking Project Controls Managers at various proficiency levels to join their expanding team, specialising in Defence, Infrastructure and Nuclear projects. This hybrid role typically requires 2-3 days of in-office work, with positions available at three sites: Bristol, Bridgwater and Plymouth.
The Role
As a Project Controls Manager, you'll be delivering project controls functions, primarily focusing on Defence whilst reporting to Programme/Project Managers. In addition, you'll be identifying resource requirements, reviewing new project proposals/remits alongside leading a team of professionals to deliver an effective and successful Project Controls service. Due to the nature of the role candidates will be required to go through security clearance process.
The Person
To succeed as a Project Controls Manager, you'll need knowledge and proficiency with scheduling, cost and risk management. In addition, you'll need experience in working with large quantities of data with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and a good understanding of project scope with ability to design and implement change control process.. Earned Value Management experience is also desirable.
The Package
As a Project Controls Manager, you'll be on a salary up to £75,000 dependent on experience. In addition, there are other benefits included such as a good pension scheme, a true commitment to your development and career progression.
