Great opportunity as Project Controls Manager with Airswift

Join our client team as a Project Controls Manager for a 12-month initial contract for our oil & gas/subsea contractor client, based in Surrey, UK.

Role Overview

• Establish and direct systems for monitoring and controlling project status, including cost analysis, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Implement project controls procedures for planning, reporting, cost control, invoicing, risk analysis, and contract administration.
• Organize and maintain integration between scheduling, cost control, and risk management functions.
• Responsible for document control system setup and coordination of information and application systems.
• Supervise interfaces with other groups (engineering, installation, and administration).
• Maintain project control system during execution phase, coordinating risk analysis and ensuring updated project status.
• Prepare control and monitoring documents for project manager decision-making.
• Establish and regularly update reports as per contract requirements.
• Assist project manager and contract administrator during contract changes/claims process.
• Coordinate project control team members.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in EPIC/EPCI contracts.
• Knowledge of P6 and SAP.
• Previous experience in Project Controls Lead / Managerial level role.
