Job Description:   

MMR is seeking candidates for a Project Controls Mobile Trainer. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:   

  • Provide training to varying levels of personnel in MMR's proprietary Construction Management System Mobile App including timekeeping, quantity tracking, productivity, and client reporting procedures 

  • Based at our Baton Rouge headquarters, required to travel in the United States most Monday-Fridays.  

  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues 

  • Work within MMR's Corporate Project Controls Department 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Associate or bachelor's degree or an equivalent work experience 

  • Working knowledge of MS Office software 

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed 

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision 

  • Ability to collaborate with others  

  • Regular and reliable attendance at work
