Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain master program schedule

• Develop and maintaining aggregate cashflow projections

• Monitor Budget vs. Actuals expenditures on all projects

• Review and audit schedules provided by others to ensure required information is provided

• Develop, monitor and maintain scheduling metrics/KPIs for program

• Ensure progress schedules are updated on a monthly basis

• Prepare program cashflow projections

• Prepare program summary reports

• Audit project design schedules prepared by others

• Review invoices of design firms for conformity with contract requirements and project completion progress

• Preparing Standard Operating Procedure regarding Project Controls best practices. Provide training, as required.

 

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years + of experience creating, monitoring, and maintaining master schedules for pre-construction activities of capital infrastructure programs (preferably highway related)
  • Previous scheduling experience required
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
