Project Controls Specialist
Responsibilities:Develop project plan, create cost and schedule baselines. As well as prepare and publish metrics and reports, analyze variances, project performance and review compliance. Analyze project baseline and execution to measure success.Identify root causes, recommend corrective actions and improve processes, ese Cost Control Techniques to track and manage financial budgets for the project, maintain schedule and track milestones and support Project Reviews.Track Change Orders and Internal Variances, effectively interface and build relationships with Internal/External customersYou Must Have:Experience with Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum) and Time Management and experience with Project Life Cycles.Able to demonstrate Leadership, Negotiation, and Organizational skills, familiar with Business Acumen and able to be flexible and think outside the boxBachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Finance or Accounting and/or 5-7 years experience in Project Controls in Construction, electromechanical, system integrators, Automation or Electronics Industry (preferred)We Value:Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.Ability to work in a large, remote and diverse team in a matrix work environment.User experience of SAP system.Experience in EcoSys, Cora, or other PMIS (Project Management Information System). Experience in MS Project and/or Primavera P6. Experience in financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management.
