We are seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and setup of window treatment projects across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the appointments
- Direct and lead the work of where the staff needs to be
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Schedule appointments and work closely with our sales staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in window treatment, construction, or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Detail oriented
- Great written and verbal communication
- Capable of multitasking
- Data input
- Great experience with Microsoft platforms
- Experience with Hunter Douglas is a huge plus
