Lakeshore Talent is working alongside a reputable hospital system in Aurora,CO, to fill a Project Coordinator position. 

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months to start with potential for extension or hire
PAY: $22-$23/hr
SHIFT: M-F 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of this Hospital's mission. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who can help with the coordination of projects and ensure they are completed on time. This role requires exceptional communication and planning skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving.

• Updates CAD drawings.
• Updates project log.
• Develops space designs.
• Maintains square footage calculations of facilities for CMS and other entity requirements.
• Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.
• Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success

Floating Requirements: 

• Facilities in Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, and Highlands Ranch. Travel is once per week on average. May change per unit's needs.

Experience Required:

• High School Diploma, or GED Equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as Project Coordinator or Project Manager. 
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Experience Preferred:

• 3 yrs project experience with CAD and Space design. Highly preferred
