Play a vital role for our customers
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Completing all activities related to the organization and execution of services projects, including scope, time, contract, cost & quality management and workshop instructions. Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfil a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Being responsible for project execution, technical and administrational involvement.
- Establish & monitor progress plan and critical issues, risk management.
- Commercial aspects, manage purchase orders, variation orders and participate in the development of proposals for projects. Develop overall work scope in cooperation with other functions within the organization.
- Execution of the project and participate in the issue of final documentation.
- Take part in improvements work including Lessons Learned process.
- Business Progress/Status Reporting to management including forecasting.
- Primary customer contact for the duration of the project. May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate / coordinate with staff as appropriate.
- Ensure that delivered products and services achieve highest quality and performance levels.
- Prepare internal technical work instructions and support shop activities during assembly/test stage.
- Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory HSE/Quality requirements & expectations at all times.
- Communicates across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
