Are you a Coordinator or in a similar role seeking training and growth opportunities with a leading company specialising in furniture design?

This company is a well-established manufacturer of furniture with a wide range of projects across industries such as hospitality, commercial, and healthcare. Since its establishment over two decades ago, this company has continually grown and is now seeking to expand their Project department.
\n
In this role you will be involved in the early stages of projects, often competing with other companies, where your role could be crucial in winning or losing a tender. Your duties include interpreting drawings and visuals from designers, contractors, and architects, understanding their needs, and preparing tender submissions. You may also visit sites to meet clients, conduct surveys, and coordinate with subcontractors.
This is an opportunity to manage specialised projects tailored to the needs of designers and contractors for bespoke projects, with the chance to learn and enhance your skills through their in-house training programs.

The role:

- Project coordination - documentation control, meetings
- Manage projects within a close-knit team to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
- work closely with the Project Manager, Operations Director and Production Director
- conduct site surveys and liaise with subcontractors
- Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

The person:

- Project cost estimation experience
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
