Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team in the combined role of Project Coordinator, Customer Support, and Office Administrator. This multifaceted position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordinator:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of LED display projects, from initial planning stages to final installation and client handover and training.
  • Create and manage project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines and communicate updates regularly to key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to procure materials, manage logistics, and facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Contact vendors/municipalities/sign companies etc. to acquire permits, schedule electrical, obtain engineering drawings and approvals, get installation quotes, and other related services.

Customer Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and strive for swift resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying issues and coordinating solutions with the relevant departments internally.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide software training and first line technical support assistance as needed and communicate escalations to the relevant teams.
  • Maintains detailed records within company’s CRM and other internal systems.

Office Administrator:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and client records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with data management processes.
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and organizing meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 2 Years+ College Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service, project coordination, or office administration roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and experience with project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle pressure with a positive attitude.

This is a full time, on site, hourly role. Company Hours are 8:30am – 5pm.
Benefits:
Hourly Rate of $20-$22 per hour.

  • 10 Days PTO, 3 Sick Days (after 90 days)
  • Company Holidays including paid vacation between Christmas and New Years
