  • The Project Coordinator- HVAC plays a vital role in supporting the Project Managers in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the new construction department
  • The Project Coordinator- HVAC helps maintain and build strong relationships with clients
  • Support the Project Managers in overseeing the New Construction department
  • Ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently under the guidance of the Project Managers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for builders, providing prompt and professional communication
  • Maintain constant communication with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries and providing updates on project progress
  • Assist in handling and approving all change orders, ensuring they are properly documented and implemented
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in approving all project-related purchases, adhering to budgetary constraints and procurement policies
  • Assist in overseeing the overall process for all New Construction jobs, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements
  • Stay updated on the timelines and status of each job, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in setting and approving schedules for the construction projects, taking into account resource availability and project requirements
  • Attend daily New Construction meetings, actively participating and providing valuable input to drive project success
