POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator/ Recruiter must work safely and productively in an office setting. A successful candidate in this role must be highly motivated and willing to complete any task assigned, along with performing the essential duties of the Recruiting Coordinator position. All employees are expected to communicate, build relationships with other team members, and always use good judgment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Screens and refers qualified applicants to Sales Manager and or Operations Manager for interviewing. Provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
- Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate for those candidates accepting contingent offers.
- Researches, analyzes, prepares, and presents hiring information and reports from the ATS, etc.
- Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
- Performs all assigned tasks, responsibilities, and related work processes in the safest possible manner, always ensuring that a safe, accident/incident-free work, environment is maintained for all coworkers, clients, suppliers, field employees, etc. at all times.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes Rehires through previous managers, HR Record and rehire checklists
Position Requirements
- Minimum two years administrative support experience
- At least one year of HR assistant or recruiting assistant experience required
- Applicant tracking systems knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Bi-Lingual, Spanish & English, required
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS) experience

Working Conditions
- This career operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Periodically, this position will be required to visit various project sites.

- Valid Driver’s License - Required
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification – Required or must Obtain within the first 30 days of employment; training provided.
