Reporting to a project manager and working across the project/programme team, the project coordinator’s focus will be on supporting project/programme delivery. Through a multidisciplinary approach and close liaison with both internal functions and external service providers and stakeholders, the project coordinator will help to ensure that projects/programmes are delivered safely, to the necessary quality standards, on time and to budget. Managing day-to-day B.A.U. activities including finance, project set up, SharePoint, ROL queries and escalations. Provide ROL system training and support to project managers and contractors. Contributing to regular reviews of contractor compliance, performance and KPI’s across the delivery programmes. Other duties as required. You’ll need to have: Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements, and propose and implement solutions. Relevant third-level qualification Experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable. Driving licence and vehicle is desirable. Happy to attend the office as required. Highly motivated individual, working to the highest professional standards and with proven ability to deliver results within a team. You’ll also have: Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to change focus and direction in line with business strategy and requirements. Degree within a related field such as business management, project management, civil engineering or business administration. Proactively identifying new areas of improvement and using newly gained knowledge and skill on the job. Experience in developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
