Your new company has been in business for over 100 years, developing, building and maintaining the very best construction projects in the UK across a wide variety of sectors. The company has secured a £100m development and require a Project Director to lead the team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring that financial, programme and safety targets are met. You will be a pivotal leader for the construction team, as well as a key point of contact for all client interface and stakeholder relations.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Prior experience in a Project Director position for a UK Main Contractor
- Demonstrable experience of delivering and managing high-rise construction projects.
- Highly competent with use of construction related software
- The ability to liaise and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- A track record of successfully managing and controlling costs and delivering against deadlines.
- Experience recruiting, leading, developing and maintaining large and successful construction delivery teams.
