Project Director

Client: My Client Is a tier 1 Contractor specialising in High-end Commercial Office buildings in Central London Project Director Role: As Project Director you will be the sole lead for a £125million Commercial Office, from conception through to the Fit-out & Handover. You will be managing a team of several senior & Construction managers reporting into an Operations Manager. Construction Lead responsibilities Managing the design, commercial and programme and drive the project forward. Take project teams and be able to keep on top of various parts in a fast paced project environment. Review constructability and identify methods of execution with commercial or program advantage where possible Communicate with BU MD/Regional Managers and advise the contract team of any potential legal, IR, safety, environmental, technical or construction items as required
