Key Responsibilities:



* Ensuring all programmes are updated and safety procedures are adhered to



* Working closely with contractors and project managers



* Ensuring all products are top quality and delivered on time



* Working closely with HR to make sure all employees are performing



Skills & Experience required:



* Extensive Project Management experience gained within the Construction industry



* Construction Management qualification



* Prior management experience



* Strong technical and analytical skills



* Commercially minded with financial awareness



* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal



* Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Regulations



* Full clean driving license
