Supervise the assembly of service offers in collaboration with the project managers under your supervision, or other partners involved, according to the quality standards in force within the organization. li> Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes leading to excellent project management and customer experience. What you will bring to WSP: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any other training deemed equivalent. Be a member in good standing and hold a license from the Order of Engineers of Quebec. Have 15 years or more of experience including 5-10 years of relevant experience in management and leadership of technical teams for large-scale projects (private or public) within an engineering company - recognized advice in Quebec and/or Canada. Having strong management skills, demonstrated organizational skills and excellent human resources management skills; Demonstrate team spirit, innovation and passion for your work and your team. Have attention to detail and excellent critical analysis skills; Assisted leadership focused on the participation of team members and demonstrated skills in priority management. Excellent communication, both oral and written. Bilingualism in French and English considered an asset.
